Uh, oh, first mod on the FSVT! I just installed it this weekend. I like it so far. I've heard of some problems that people have had with these, but it sounds good and the gains are VERY noticable. Dynos put the gains around 7-hp+ and 5-lbs+ I believe. It's probably the best intake I've ever installed on a car gains wise. Plus it sounds great. It hangs WAAAY lower to the ground than I imagined. I'm running a shield on it to help with road debris. Since I live in TX precipition isn't a big factor. The close up pix of the filter were taken from the front wheel. Yes it's that close to the ground, although it doesn't jut out from underneath the cars undercarriage. Note I had to cut the battery box to compensate for rubbing. I also "reformed" (bent) the horn bracket as well. I got those tips from the FocalJetter I bought it from. True cold air, mmmmm..
