OP Linda_dup1 Newbie L Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 5 snohomish county,wash	Hello, im new at this im havin a bit of trouble with my 95 v-6 tour se.it recently developed a tap tap sound its comin from the first spark plug or wire not sure. i bought new kinda cheap wires i got most to work but still the tap tap sound.when i press on the first plug wire it quites down when i let off taps again.anyone that can help me id be sooooo happy thank u Linda

Contour 99 MTX V6 fully loaded, stock with 110000km. Illuminated sunroof switch. About to do the mystique rear dome light conversion with eyeball dome light.

I'm not sure of the best type... anyone? But that's your problem. I bet if you looked at the engine in the dark while it was tapping you'd see a blue spark. Get OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)wiring and I'll bet that'll solve it. "Fear is the little death." Muadib.
