I bet that if the plug is good, you have faulty wire/s.
Remember, if the coil is going bad it'll misfire on the mating cylinder that is opposite of the problem on the coil pack, i.e. the Duratec fires two cylinders at the same time, every time. It's called "wasted spark" ignition.
Injectors usually stick open and flood the cylinder.
