A misfire code could mean a bad injector. Most autoparts stores should be able to test your coil pack for you. With 140K I wouldn't over look it. You may want to pull the plug wire from the coil and see if there is any corrosion on the terminal. I have seen that in the past. Basics (plugs & wires) are always good to start with though.
