If you're using OEM plugs, try the wire next. I just replaced a set of Bosch wires with about 25k on them which cleared up a whole bunch of problems, including rough shifting and hesitation. I bought a set of used OEM wires from a CEGer and I've had no problems after about 6k miles. Plus wires are cheaper than coil packs, even brand new wires.
