They do not come with the cam gears.
You have to take the cam gears off your old cams and swap them over.
As for what "gains" you should look for.
SVT cams fall in between Stage 1 and Stage 2 but due to the excellent SVT exhaust cam profile have a longer sustained torque powerband. Stage 2 would produce greater peak numbers with weaker power under the curve.
Therefore a good combo would the Stage 3 intake and the Stage 2 exhaust. IMNSHO this would be the best overall powerband.
Stage 3 both would raise the overall powerband a bit high and make it fairly narrow. However the HP gains would be significant in the high rpm range because HP is just a derivative of TQ & RPM.
For instance a Stage 3 intake with boost (especially a S/C due to it's rpm dependant nature) = 500 wheels easily! If I had to fathom a guess...
