Mind if I ask what the price difference between Napa and Moog was?? I replaced my driver's side ball joint in August (what a job!). I'd recommend Moog as they have the lifetime warranty and have a grease fitting on them.
From the sound of it though, i'd say the BAT suspension is really screwing with the Napa ball joints.
