When the sifter assembly in my 2000 CSVT went out and needed to be replaced, I brought it the dealership where I bought it, (ad used to work at, and where my cousin is a mechanic) and they told me it was a 10 hour job to drop the tranny (if i heard them correctly) and they needed to dismantle the trans to make sure nothing fell in it. This takes dif. types of specialty tools too soo...just some more stuff to think about.
