I picked my car up on Monday. I have good news, it's all back together, and they painted damn near half the car. They blended the front doors to match, since the original paint it more faded.
The front end IS PERFECT. I can't explain it, but it is. Everything is fitted perfectly, and looks amazing. No more stone chips or anything.
Ok I got that out, time for the bad. My plate holder is broken and they didn't replace it. They replaced my $200 ford bra with a $50 Canadian tire one, I wasn't impressed at all. (I don't know if i'll even put the bra back on, but i still want my money back.) They cleaned the front floor. I really appreciate this when the cleaner doesn't want to kill me with it's overwhelming stench. It was soo bad, i hoped in the car opened the windows and sun roof and drove home, about 30 minutes. It was cold, but god damn.
They said thay can't return the POS LeBra because it's returnable, and they couldn't find a FORD bra. I asked if i found one, if they could do a swap of some sort. I found one within an hour. He said it couldn't be done. Jerk.
The Kieswetter mazda had a customer satisfaction lady call me, and see if i had a good experience. I told her everything, and she will tell the manager i was dealing with.
So, I'm now chasing after the insurance guy to find out what's gonna happen with this crap.
Overall, good paint, crappy other stuff.
