Most Likely me. I was like 50 feet from the 401, west bound. The road I was on runs parallel and I was located right after Homer Watson.
I wrote down the GPS Co-ordinates too.. lol. They're pretty accurate because i was next to a cell tower too.
It all happened Wednesday at 3:00pm.
