is doing a winter special, 60 for 2 pulls or 120 2 pulls w/ tuning.
If you are going to do it anyways why not help a good shop recoup its losses.

i think they are tryin to make back some $ since the shop was robbed clean.  sad.

They are, but I'm referring to the whole of Greater Detroit - all the PD's are a joke when it comes to theft investigations.
