This project is solely that of Carbon Fiber One. I don't think the rear reflector will be shaved, but I don't know anything of the project other than it's based of the 98+ Contour and 95+ Mystique trunk.

I actually was susposed to get a set of the CF mirrors, but craig is hella busy so he never got back to me. I talked to him about a CF healiner and some other stuff. The guy is incredible with the stuff.

The mirrors and fuel door are overlays, so they're actually the same weight (technically more since he'd be adding material). But since the mirrors and fuel door are plastic, I doubt CF would actually weigh that much less.
Progress seems to be well, but I'm not sure as to the time frame of when it will be ready for production.

not really just a "its gonna cost around or more than the cf hood did" type reply...which means only like 5 or 6 people will be stupid enough to actually get one, including me

Dion is correct. Those photos of the side mirrors are mine. They are overlays as well as the fuel door. Very good stuff.
