SPEEDEMON it seems you've had the same problem as me. This is what you do! Take apart the ECU again, use a magnifying glass and inspect with flashlight both sides of ECU terminal contacts for any residue, silicone ect., wipe/scrub it good. Then put the ECU back together, now inspect the chip for any signs of wear or irregularities in the distance top and bottom terminals across the whole chip with the magnifying glass. If that checks out OK, give it a few good blows than put on some double sided 3M Tape across the side of the chip that contacts the ECU, make sure both ends have tape from top to bottom. Then after installing rap with electric tape and seal the gaps so dust can't enter. The purpose of 3M is to keep the chip from being at an improper angle that could cause bad connection (car shutting off) and from excessive movement, the Electric tape just adds to that reinforcement and also as a seal...Hope this works for you, Aloha
