well there is a return policy.Which i believe is 14 days for them. There are policies that they have to follow. So yea 30 days is out of their hands. They cant change whats written on paper, if you have problems with something you bought then take it up with the manufacturer who gives you the warranty not the place that just sells them. Honestly not buying the extended on most electronics is well worth it.



Yeah, that is why I take my buisness elsewhere, where they will "work" something out, OR have a better return policy

ALso got raped on that monitor, WORST purchase ever.... I was in desperate need of a monitor too..... Ended up getting a KDS 17inch Flat CRT for $129 at Sams Club, it died, BUT they replaced it alittle after 30 days, now Im on my new monitor from Fry's Electronics, a very nice Envision EFT920 19 Inch CRT, I love it
