There is noting going on with the ATX. I always take it easy on the car until it is up to operating temp. 
Remember, what kills the CD4E is heat. I have had a B&M racing trans cooler for like 2 years.....and like I said ever since I have had this car (bought it at 20k) I have flushed the trans religiously 20-25k even if the fluid is new.
