Mine was a rental before I got it. I am the actual owner of the car. We got the bugger with 27K on it, the torque converter in my ATX went out at 94K, cause the tranny to have to be rebuilt, but everything is fine now. I now have 131K on the engine and it's still running just fine. Of course, we take good care of the car too.

PROPS to Hector, 10k on the supercharger and no engine problems, this indicates good tuning on his part. Anyone with FI expereince knows this is true. Although I am sure his ATX is almost dead. Honestly, how is the ATX behaving with all of the abuse?

There is noting going on with the ATX. I always take it easy on the car until it is up to operating temp.

Remember, what kills the CD4E is heat. I have had a B&M racing trans cooler for like 2 years.....and like I said ever since I have had this car (bought it at 20k) I have flushed the trans religiously 20-25k even if the fluid is new.

Mines got totaled at 180k. The mtx was still decent, and the engine didn't consume a drop of oil.
These were mostly hwy miles, I drove the car 50k mi/yr.

car will roll 130 k tonight, I am both easy and hard on the car so it is holding unbeleivably and has and will continue to be a great car
