I ski and i'm proud of it. I'm actually writing this from my hotel room at Telluride... was doing some backcountry when i dropped a ski through two foot deep powder and blew out my knee
I'm f'ing pissed. Now I have to cancel my trip to Steamboat, and while I'm still going to Jackson, I can't ski there
Oh well, I can still apres ski with the best of 'em!!!
btw, I currently ride Nordica skis/bindings with Rossi Soft1 boots, nice setup but not the greatest for really aggressive skiing and obviously not too great in powder
Will likely upgrade to some Solomon Screams or Atomic Betas soon.
I'll post pictures once I get back to high speed internet... for all that haven't been west, GO, and for all that have never been to Telluride, its remote as hell and pretty expensive, but its unfreakingbelievable!!! 67" of new snow since 1/4/05!!!
