Interestingly enough, the best conditions so far this season has been at Blue Mountain, ON (Dec 29th).

I was at Stowe, VT on Jan 2nd, and it was just brutal. Nothing but ice and bare patches -- and then it started to freezing rain on us!

Edelwise in Gatineau, PQ only had a hand full of easy runs open the week before Christmas...

Bad year for snow sports I guess. (The local sledders are crying for sure by now)

Yesterday's warm temps were really bizzare though eh? It's not unusual to see 2 or 3 degrees in Janurary on occasion, but here (45min south of Ottawa), it was up to 13C!

If those in the U.S. complain about the cold air coming down from Canada, can we complain about the hot air coming up from them?
