Well, since you all are having your fun, Ill throw in what I know about the question.
I have heard of the Fate O brand before. I used to see them come in from time to time at the shop I was managing awhile ago. The ones I saw were all of the 31x10.50-15 variety, but it doesnt suprise me to see a smaller set. The two main gripes that I had were that there was too much stuff on the sidewall and that they were HEAVY. Even the P-rated tires were heavier then any given load range E tire that I had in stock.
If they build car tires like they were building those, it could be some unneeded weight that any car can do without.
