You're pretty much done with a non stock turbo on a CA car...You need to find a place that will look past visual
...as long as you can pass the sniffer. Be prepared to pay a bit more also. The only other thing i could think of is somehow find a way to register it in AZ again. I've heard of these Honda guys registering in Oregon to avoid smog out here, just don't know the details.
