what were the results of the test HC, CO, nox

I am back in AZ now for the past couple of weeks. I suppose I should have put AZ and CA since I travel back and forth so much! If your person can help out, that would be a life saver. could you register the car in Az? they dont have as strict emissions laws as we do, do they?
