There are also Weapon-R knock offs available, but they include none of the above - even no warranty. I was considering a set of these at one time so I did some research. Spoken to many (nearly a dozen) who have them & so far I have heard of only 1 person who did not have significant fitment issues - especially at the EGR tube.
ChattavegasSE ended up cutting & splicing his EGR tube with a compression fitting to get them on his car. He also had a few other issues because of the fitment problems.
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

Thanks for all the info guys.
I will get the MSDS when I got my income taxes back. For now I will try what TODRAS has listed above. I am pretty good with soldering and tinkering so it should work. Beats paying $30-89 for them. Plus I can do this tomorrow at work.

I know of a way to do this for $2.99 and it doesnt mess with the car in any way and is completly reversable. go to autozone or anyother place and purchase spark plug anti foulers (usually HELP! brand) for around $3. Take one of the two non foulers and drill it out to 1/2 inch all the way through(this allows the O2 probe to sit flush). Take both of your anti foulers and make a stack like the one shown below. The drilled anti fouler screws on to the O2 sensor and the non drilled one onto your O2 bung on the pipe. Connect the two and your good to go. I ahve driven over 2000 miles so far on my MSP with no cats - never a CEL and still great gas milage (in fact my milage went up!)

Does this look like the schematic that TodRas had posted?
Just making sure.

Horse, that makes sense as it restricts the amount of exhaust gas the O2 sensor sees. Much easier than having to splice in MIL's that's for sure! Bill, whel I have made MILs in the past I have not used a circuit board, I just solder the components together directly to make it smaller. Then wrap the whole thing up watewr-tight. Looks less conspicuous like that. But looking at Horses idea, it's be way easier to do what he did!

Does the wiring look correct on these?
I would do the fouler thing but I already made the MIL's anyway.

Bill.. As long as the underside shot you gave is a direct flip N-S of the board (as it seems it is) then preliminary observation looks correct. The cap is in parallel with the two wires, and the resistor is in series on the upper wire.
Loosen the screw flanges and stickk your wire in there, tighten 'em down and you are good to go. If you want to MAKE SURE they don't get wet, get yourself some 2-part epoxy mix, and mix according to directions. Avoid bubbles in the mixture once you are done, and then simply spoon it over the entire board, anywhere air would touch the components. (of course repair would be harded, as you would have to excavate the board of the epoxy, but this is the preferred method of PCB repair on single layer boards.
I won't begin to critique the solder joints themselves, though.
