yeah, yeah, i know...lol. too bad it would take quite the large check being written to GMPP, along w/ a large chunk of time and real estate that just aren't handily available w/ a wedding in less than 3 months!

For about a grand that problem is more than rectified (pony up $4500 and get Baer Claw Extreme 6-piston calipers and 14" crossdrilled, slotted, zinc-washed rotors). Though with that edgy theme going on the Silverado, I'd have to buy a Sierra. GM drivetrain is killer and while interior might fall short of F150 standards on design and layout, the number of options (especially the steering wheel mounted controls) give the nod to GM IMO.




it's been a while since i drove a Z71, so i'm going to go drive another one this week and refresh my memory. agreed on the sierra > silverado looks issue, though some 2-tone silverados w/ the 17's and decent tires can look pretty nice. i've seen several crew-cab sierra Z71's running around lately that look pretty nice....too bad that's a $40k (MSRP) truck!
