I just think the title of your topic was a bit much, on something like an exhaust system as it wasn't based on the actual performance of the product, but because of a few slight imperfections. Whe someone answers "not good" to me on a question - I usually expect something bad to be happening.

I honestly think you came off as a little harsh because the thing couldn't be assembled without a little effort.

An exhaust sysem I would label as not good would be the Bosal as people had to have those SERIOUSLY adjusted with cutting and welding and shaping - for a $700 cat-back!

I'd dread to see your reaction if you had bought one of those - I'm thinking you'd be out on a shooting spree!
