It's Not unusual for new exhaust pipe ends to require some minor re-shaping. Were you planning to install this yourself? Instead of taking it to an exhaust shop, just buy an inexpensive exhaust pipe expander - a few turn of a wrench would easily fix the damage show (even better if you have air tools).
