Yeah, it's a mobile home in a park. Housing costs in southern Maine are getting more and more outrageous every year. My husband and I wanted something that wouldn't leave us house poor. Gotta be practical.
I can't complain. This place is nicer than any of the apt.s that we had lived in. It is 14 x 72 with three bedrooms and two baths. Husband remodeled the master bath and put up new sheetrock over darn near everything that did not get out of the way in time. We had new carpeting installed throughout. The lot we have is good sized. The park we live in is very well run.
