Its a 'real' house :-) 1/3 acre, ~2500sq feet :-) 4 bedroom, 2 living rooms with fireplaces, 3 bathrooms, huge laundry room we refer to as 'the dungeon'. Its in Burke too. I love the house, hate the mortgage :-). Yes and no garage....yet.
