and as far as "crushing" competition my company actually follows wally world around, if theres a REX i can almost gaurantee that theres a wal mart real close,...it's for traffic reasons!
if these mom and pop stores were competitive they would still be around... wal mart only goes so far with competitive shopping were stores like best buy circuit city or rex will keep dropping prices until they are the cheapest
