I think people who say "I don't like BBQ" or something to that effect, have never tasted TRUE down-home TEXAS barbeque.

Elgin hot sausage, Dandridge BBQ, and others come to mind.

Try it the RIGHT way, and then say what you feel. (I guess that's another perk of Texas, huh? )
