this is the title of an old post and is just a pity i did not read it earlier
in Nov 2004 i sent money via paypal to GSXR 907 alias Steve Bond for SVT UIM.LIM,and TB
now over 8 weeks and nothing recieved , i asked for tracking number and he said he had lost the details , and now he is no longer answering e mails
i know he is based in Indianna but wonder if anyone would have his addy or any other details
also if i could get details of any authority i could report fraud to if need be
i live in the UK so ther is not much chance of me tracking him down
