The temp gauge sender, which is located on top of the thermo housing, is not working right on mine. I was told to test it by removing the electrical connection, and then seeing if the gauge went to hot. When I tried to start the car w/ this removed, it wouldn't turn over. Any reason why it would do this? Or am I not pulling the right connection? The thingy I'm talking about is directly on top of the thermo housing, and very easily accesable.
