I don't recall the part #, but you can get it Autozone for about $12.00. be sure to ask for the temp gauge SENDER. If you ask for the temp sensor they will give you the one for the ECT. You can find the part # at Autozone.com.

i got mine replaced at the local auto shop for around 50 bucks. not that bad considering labor and all.

Please do it yourself. It is super easy I promise. No need to drain the coolant if you dont need to yet. Get the part from Ford, you'll save yourself trouble. Its under $30 for the Temp sender.
