I had a 78 Cutlass with a 350 Chevy and a lot of other mods that were done before I got it for $350.00. THese are not pictures of my car but this is what it looked like... It was a little lighter then this blue, it was called powder blue This is what it looked like inside but mine was blue. I have only seen one other cutlass without the factory bench seat in front. I really do miss that car.

Funny thing is back in the early to late 80's chrysler sold these cars over here.. then stopped for no reason! only 2 people in our town had them, one being my dad.
he also had a silver one which I can't remeber to well...
I beleive it was a 1981, was a solid french car, also had the air brakes/suspension comfy as hell

That Integra is hilarious. I would do something like that to a beater and show up at a meet just to get some laughs.
My first car was actually a 1978 Ford Fiesta Decor (2nd from the bottom... the trims were base, decor, ghia, sport). What a piece, never actually drove it. When I got my 2nd car we gave it away, later caught on fire while dude was going fishin, but he got his fishin gear out, so it was all good.
2nd car, first real car, was a 1981 Caddy Coupe Deville... MAN (or WOMAN!) I wish I still had that pimp mobile. It would be a hot project car. Instead traded it for equiv to about $30 worth of subs, which got stolen not too long after that. All the dude wanted was to cut the roof off a 99.9% rust free, straight body with perfect "seaspray green" paint to stick on his V6 powered Fleetwood Brougham coupe b/c I had a sunroof. Too bad he broke the glass while lifting it off.

I finally went and talked to the woman (cant remember why she was selling it) and she gave me the keys, with the warning, "its insured but the plates have expired, so if you get a ticket its your fault".
I took it on a little test drive, called the insurance company for a quote and took it to the bank for an idea on financing. Everything was in order. I was on my way to take it back, figured since I was going to drive it fast, I might as well get on it and see what it had. The light turned green, the tires let out a little chirp (not at redline, I didnt own it yet!) and off it went. I shifted to second and heard the most God awful noise. I returned it to her about 30 minutes after I took it, and told her that I was unable to get finacing.
As for my first car, it looked like this but was primer grey and had chrome trim around the headlights and the grille. BTW, this image lies, that car was slower then anything, even my slant-6 `74 Dodge pickup that I got next!
