I don't know if I'd call those rice. The top blue is a show car. The second is a CEG member with a GTP front. Doesn't look too bad actually. And the last was a joke. The wing is just sitting on the trunk.

What is Rice about the contours with body kits, not painted yet?
Besides wasn't that red one with the wing considered a joke?
All i did was search for rice and that's the stuff that came up, blame the search function! 
Oh and the blue one is gorgeous excluding the rims...

Like answering yourself? Last I checked that was the definition of rice. Large tacky wings and unpainted body kits and other various tacked in Pep Boys cheap accessories.
