What about Amsoil 75W-90 gear oil. I heard it works well with the MTX-75 (as per an Amsoil rep) but I am uneducated with oils and do not know enough to be certain.
I have this issue with my new 2005 Fukus - it is impossible (almost) to get into gear when cold (-25 celcius and colder). After driving for 10-15 minutes it becomes useable.
I belive Ford is using a Synthetic manual trans fluid in the 2005's.
