Well personally I feel that if it is not a recurring code that you need not pursue it yet. In other words you may not have to do anything till it comes back again. How are you getting your codes read though? If you are paying the dealership to read them then you may want to solve the problem at hand before you spend more money on reading the codes vs repairing the reason you are getting them in the first place.
