It is snake oil. As a matter of physics, it can't work. It (and products like it) have been brought up many, many, many times.
Stay away from any device that claims to "add 35HP" or "30% increase in mpg" or "add a swirl effect in the combustion chamber" or any "electric turbo or s/c".
If car manufacturers could add 5, 10, 15, 30% to their mpg for oly $70, they would do it from the factory.
hey don't throw electric superchargers in with the rest of the crap, we proved in theory they could possibly work.

Iron-graphite composite muffler bearings. I think its almost time too change my clutch belt. But i'm buying this first. And if i have some money left over im picking this up for sure.

Haha thanks for the info guys. It sounded like a piece. I think I heard of something called the Tornado even before that. I love that one website you guys posted though, that's good stuff.
