this maybe a place to start looking...menards or home depot, whatever, go to the plumbing section and they may have 2" or 3" clear vinyl hose...maybe this isn't what you had in mind but the inside of the hose is smooth and that is probably one of the key ingredients you are searching for.....let me know if you try it or not...good luck
