I wouldn't really say that because the motorcraft batteries that come in the cars last a long time and if and when my car's battery dies(its a interstate)I'm gonna put a motorcraft in it, the motorcraft in my dad's old truck(94 F-150, traded it in, in November)lasted 9 years before it died, one day he had it in the neighbor's driveway and it died on him, he went to start it and it wouldn't start and we jump started it and he went and got another motorcraft the next day, my uncle's old truck(94 Ranger)when he traded it in just this past year it still had the original motorcraft in it.
