From the first pic it seems like you've got everything that comes with the kit from ShoShop (I just installed mine)...but in my opinion that weld on the flexpipe looks like it may be a re-weld. That flexpipe also looks like it may be shorter than the one SS supplied me. hold on...
I've got one here right out of the box and the flexpipe has 4 and 1/2 inches of "flex material". Also its got the word JAGCO on it and nothing else. Check it out, but that may be a different flexpipe that was welded in.
