I bought a SS SHO Ypipe from a guy off the internet. He claims it was brand new and that it came with his car, but was never installed. So I bought it for $200 shipped.(Which I liked very much)
I recieved it today and inspected it and just figured I'd ask a few questions.
This is the whole kit
Side view of the flex pipe, is it supposed to be welded like that?
Here is a shot of the inner walls of the flex pipe. Will that lip from the weld hurt performance?
Here's a shot of some sort of weld on the short downpipe header.
Here's a shot of the inside of that weld its very rough and I just didn't think it should be like that.
Sorry for all the pictures but I just wanted to be sure I wasn't being over critical.
What should I do?
