They can be used if you get a MAF programmed ot 19 lb/hr injectors, but you are better off getitng a chip for it. If you are at the point where you need to upgrade to 19 lb/hr injectors, you probably need a chip.
If you are pushing your stock injectors to 85%+ duty cycle, you may see a power gain out of it.
