I agree, although I dunno if I'd say it so bluntly.
I personally never celebrated such anniversaries, but I'm also not a romantic either.
some people dig that sappy crap, some don't.
I've dated some guys that tried to write poems and all that, and it just made me think "
oh crap, I'm with a doormat, better not let this thing drag on for too long"
