gotta work this weekend....
you really want to pull this off, because there are so few "out and active" members in this region, you gotta pick a date, dont take suggestions, just say we are meeting on this day and do it.....but this kicker is your gonna have to pick a day that is like 2 months away to give people a chance to plan....
one other thing, the last meet we had, we planned it like above, only thing is, because i am from nashville and was already familiar with the roads that were chosen to go sport driving on, my wife and i stayed behind and manned the grill all day....well we did this the first weekend of april i think (last year wasnt it?) and it got cold and it was kind of miserable just standing around, i had a blast once everyone got back, but the weather wasnt that great....you just gotta be careful ya know!?
i am trying to round up the cougar guys how about over by the stadium under the pedestrian bridge.
