Thanks again all,
Demon do you know which 4.6 kit your's is from? BBK & March (& others I think) make 3 pulley kits for around $120. If the 4.6 kit's alt and P/S pulleys both work it may be worthwhile (and just pitch or sell the crank pulley).

In general are 4.6 alt & P/s same as Duratec??

David, how much was the ASP?

I think it was the BBK kit. I never asked honestly. (his headers and TB are BBK, so it's an educated guess - I can ask him next time he's home from college) However it really shouldn't matter. They both fit the same application right...

Without seeing the 4.6 P/S pulley I couldn't tell you, but I can take a pic of the stock Duratec P/S pulley (4 hole mount with center alinment dowel) and post it so you can print out something to match it up with...

If the 4.6L will work; at $120 that's a steal.. laugh

I just checked out all the UDP pulleys for the 4.6L and no where do any of them list a P/S pulley.

Crank, Alternator, & Waterpump...

David, what % underdrive is your ASP pulley? Do you also have a crank pulley? Any effects noticed on steering? I may give them a call.

Demon, yep - your right all the 3 pulley 4.6 sets I can find are crank, alt, wp. Nuts...

To make sure the pulley would fit I had them increase overall diameter by 10MM. That still leaves about a 5-7mm space from the pulley to a bracket that over hangs the pulley. It should have enought room to actually increase the diamete by another 10MM.

I'm using a stock crank pulley and there is no noticeable effects on the steering.
