Let's clear up somethings, first off not all BT sites are coming down I am a dedicated member to one that is currently running and has made plans to keep it that way. They have closed registration, baring never to open it again as we have 400,000 dedicated member from across Asis, Europe, and the USA. Dedicated means we all share and if we don't our accounts get banned. I personally have shared over 500Gb of data and have a very good ratio. So, to say BT is diing is a fabrication of your own mind and you obviously are new to the "scene".

Now for Exeem I was able to listen to the audio stream the day it was aired via novastream radio. It will be about 2-3 weeks before the Exeem project is open beta...though there are a few that have a key for the software as beta testers and have posted pictures of the software working. You can download the software now but you have to have a key to run it. Beta testers were given 2 keys. It has a setup that if a dupe key is found all key that match are disabled.

Now to clarify what Alias said earlier, Exeem was not written or made by the gentleman who made SN, but as he stated he is just a PR rep. for an "unnamed" company. So, the core and engine were all written by a team of prgrammers not associated with SN.

Understanding how Exeem works:
Exeem will become what the BT sites are/were....for those of your who don't know. BT sites acted as portals to a Tracker(s) in which Torrent links were libraried for distribution to public and in my case private individuals.
Now, with Exeem your client will become the portal and the trackers. Thus if you seed a file in which you have on your HDD or DL'd you will become a tracker for that file(s).

Basically a tracker site was only for files thast that tracker knew about. But with Exeem anyone who seeds become a tracker thus providing a broader range of files and tracking....So, instead one a single tracker now there will be millions.

Now, to ensure files are safe/uncorrupt/viruses they have implemented a "comment/rating" system. Those deemed unsafe will be deleted, how? I don't know they haven't said yet....

Stay tuned boys and girls.....Now RIAA MPAA will have to come after millions of trackers instead of a few tracker sites...enjoy the ride it's going to be a fun one.....

finally, someone else that is educated about things. exeem is the wave of the future. i'm down for the ride
