lightning, but. the srt-10 is faster iirc and i think it looks better. problem? it rides like crap and i hate dodge truck interiors. like i hate commies hate... cant stand em. so i'd go with the f150, i'm used to it and i think its comfortable.

DODGE please!
And your Manual Tranny towing issues have been met by Dodge who slapped the SRT10 in a CrewCab Ram mated to their Cummins Automatic trans. All new for 2005 and on your local dealers showroom.
Lightning actually looks dated to me now as the design is so old. Amazing how much smaller the L is to the Ram as well. You can really tell in the photos how big the Ram is in comparison.

In terms of the two, I'm not really a truck fan, however in terms of aesthetically pleasing, I'm partial to the Lightning. I'd really like to be in one, as I've never have. I've only seen a few fly by, they sounded great!

Damn stragiht. If you've never driven one you really can't fathom the insanity of this truck. I test drove one and was speechless afterwards. Needless to say it will be my next vehicle, and RT I envy your ass. But believe me, the Lightning is PERFECT with the auto.

is that what is referred to as the SRT-10 QC? I read something about I thought about an automatic, but couldn't really put anything together. Do they have any numbers out on the auto? Not really, see my above post, and once modifications begin...buh bye SRT10

Heres the C&D Article on SRT10 RAM QC
Can tow 7500lbs but "But it's still not a perfect match, as its excessively harsh shifts cause the SRT-10 to buck back and forth like a mechanical bull"
"The Quad Cab's 5.6-second 0-to-60 time was 0.7 second slower than the regular cab's, and the quarter-mile was 0.6 second off at 14.2 seconds. The Quad Cab squealed its tires to a 0.83-g skidpad rating, 0.03 g less than its two-door sibling, and registered a lofty 147 mph top speed, just 6 mph slower"
