Agreed. I have a Borla cat-back and yes it is good but not worth the money they try to charge. I was fortunate enough to get mine at a good price so thats why I have one, otherwise no way!
$837.99 for a cat-back? Come on. I dont know what they were smoking when they price it.

i agree. a family member has the borla cat back on the 2.5  and to be honest, i really dont like it. sounds ok, but way to quiet. damn expensive too.

I got it for $565, or something. I don't think that's too bad for a Borla cat-back, and I love its performance and sound.
However, if I were looking today, I'd explore other options. There are more options available today, and even custom work doesn't scare me. (When I bought it, it was pretty much either Borla or Bassani, and another one from South County Autosports, which is now out of business, that I didn't like the sound of, either.)
