IMO, wire is just wire.... only place id use types of wire is computers, where speed matters, as long as it shows very low resistance, i dont care, in fact, if it works, it displays my picture from DVD to TV/Comp, and audio to the speakers, I dont give a [censored]
Now the only Monster Cable products I own, are a pair of SHORT ASS "Audio" RCA-Jack cables, which I dont use because they are too short to get from DVD player to my Altec Lansing Dolby Digital speakers, so I got a Radioshack brand in, AND the Monster Cable product I DO use is a surge protector that sucks, because the light on the switch burned out.... BUT the plug was long.... so i kept it in use, I got it for free from my uncle though, he found it at his new house, and asked if i wanted it
