Brian,

Surely, you understand the difference between advertising and marketing, right? I mean, this is pretty basic business...business 001 perhaps?

And I will continue to do whatever it takes to let people know that there are better values that will result in no degredation of sound quality and offer the same build quality as Monster.

FWIW, I won't buy from DEI either, but for different reasons than Monster.

Do you also partake in supporting Bose equipment? It appears that you could be easily trained to like the sound of their "audio" equipment, too.

I have taken some Bose training. I am still not impressed with their products. Sure you can get lots of sound from a tiny speaker(Lifestyle & Acoustimass systems). But the amount of processing that has to take place to do it is out of this world. Bose products have their places and certain situation where they would be perfect. But if someone comes in looking for a good system, unless they ask, I won't even mention Bose. Sure they have some cool features here and there(ie. uMusic), but for a feature like AdaptIQ, there is far better. Like Yamaha's YPAO.

FYI, I am not easily "trained". I've been in electronics retail for about 6 years now. I don't need to be trained.

EDIT: I like the Bose 201 and 301 series V, they have a really nice sound for music and would be perfect for a second room for background music. Probably the only Bose speaker I would buy.
